In the last years, The United Nations has focused to do its duty like never before in the activities of consolidation of peace with the goal of reduce the risks that the countries have of falling or falling again in the conflicts between countries that this world have today. The UN is preventing this by growth of national capacity to know about the conflicts and to be concerned of the bases for the peace and sustainable development.

Understanding Cybercrime: Phenomena, Challenges and Legal Response is; to help countries to understand the legal aspects of cybersecurity and to help harmonize legal frameworks. We are focused in the help of countries to better understand the national and international implications of growing cyber threats, to assess the requirements of existing national, regional and international instruments, and to assist countries in establishing a sound legal foundation.
