Under its former name Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) or sometimes-called Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) grown as a result of al-Qaeda (AQI). Has become one of the main extremist rebel groups fighting coalition forces and its allies in Iraq and Syria.
Known for its brutal rule in the areas that it controls. Its tactics –such as as vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices, suicide bombers and execution of hostages by beheading and other means, violate a great quantity of human rights.
Since past years the United States had made various attempts to defeat this terrorist group by counterterrorism operations and had succeed in numerous operations.
Currently the group has continued conducting high profile attacks as well as established territorial control and administrative structures on both sides of the Iraqi-Syrian border.
The ISIL it’s been financiered by illicit activities such as smuggling, extortion and other crimes and had made ISIS the most cash-rich militant group.
This militant group has caused thousands of dead’s and each day they are growing stronger, that is why this such an important issue to discuss.

Currently some of the most serious threats to international wellness and security are armed conflicts that have arisen. Not only the international conflicts but as well as the internal conflicts that often lead us to endangering the security of other state.
Armed conflicts not only increase the mortality of a country but also leave a tremendous amount of suffering and devastation. Assaulting the right to life by massacres, attacks, executions or torture among the population. All of the previously mention alter the economic, social and political order.
United Nations is increasing measures aimed to reduce the human right abuses in conflict situations. These measures involve peacekeeping and humanitarian assistance such as provision of food, medical care and basic education for the population. All of this in the atempts to restore and support the public, social and economic order of the affected population by developing fundamental humanitarian standards.
Nowadays we are facing a lot of international and internal conflicts, this is the main reason about the major importance to discuss all the programs, measures and the most accurate solutions to promote and protect affected populations in the most efficient manner.
